The Department of Biochemistry offers world-class teaching across all levels with a foundation of strong research techniques and practical learning experience. Students study areas such as biomedical science, molecular and cell biology, bioinformatics and chemistry, with the opportunity to work in advanced facilities alongside internationally renowned experts. In particular, the Department's postgraduate courses and research programs allow students to work as active members of a research lab in an area of their choice.
