Standard Brief

The Standard Brief is intended to be used as a guide to the basic requirements of the University on its Campuses. Specific project briefs take precedence over the general requirements included in these documents. All requirements in the brief are to be complied with, and incorporated in contract documents unless specifically amended and recorded in consultation with the University.

The Brief will introduce the architect to some of the more general building details, operational and procedural requirements of the University.
