Sports Field Pavilion - Alterations

Purpose

Alterations to upgrade existing Sports Field Pavilion.

Reason for the project

To improve the functionality, security and amenity of the Sports Pavilion.

Funding

LTU received Part of VSU Transition Fund for Sporting & Recreational Facilities (Upgrade of Sports Centre & Main Oval Bundoora campus)                                                                       

Work Details

Alteration to existing Pavilion, approx. 690 m2

• Alteration to existing Pavilion, approx. 690 m2

• Mainly internal layout changes, new kiosk kitchen,

• Access control to all external doors, security alarms,

• Air-conditioning to office, operable wall for baseball clubroom,

• New entry and air-lock to main clubroom, external patio with veranda roof.

Construction Period

Nov 2007 to March 2008.
