Purpose

To improve the University’s sporting facilities.

Reason for the project

The top oval was in need of re-development including an upgrade of lighting.

Funding

VSU Grant funding.

• Sub-base preparation

• Drainage

• Irrigation

• Turf wicket

• Surface works

• Post maintenance

• Lighting towers

• Wicket nets

• Baseball fencing

• Seedinge in relation to items 1 & 2.

Construction Period

15th November 2007 - 30th April 2008.
