Campus First Aid and Emergency Services
During normal operating hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm), the University has measures in place to assist those who require emergency medical or first aid attention or assistance and are not able to visit the Student Services Centre for assistance.

In these rare emergency situations, the Campus Emergency Procedures should be put into effect, and the Campus Emergency Response team called on to assist, by telephoning 7999 (or 5444 7999 from your Mobile Phone) (this is a 24 hour service). If for some reason there is no answer dial 0 000 and ask for the Emergency Service required.

For all medical and first aid emergencies state:

  • the nature of the emergency (eg. seizure, broken limb, heart attack)
  • the location of the emergency
  • your name and telephone extension or number

For non-emergency situations, please call the Medical Clinic on (03) 5444 7770 to make an appointment with our doctor.
