*Your requirements

A small number of stalls (approximately 16) are available for exhibitors under a marquee provided by the University (due to demand, only one stall can be allocated per exhibitor until all stalls are allocated). Once these stalls under the marquee have been allocated, exhibition space will be outside and exhibitors will need to provide their own shelter – if required. If you need more exhibitor space under shelter you will need to utilise/bring your own shelter, or, if you have difficulties with this, please contact the Fair Coordinator – (02) 6024 9820 or email sustainability.aw@latrobe.edu.au.

**Insurance

The University’s requirement for Public & Products Liability insurance is $20M for all providers. If you do not have $20M liability insurance, and depending upon the type of activity you will be undertaking waivers can sometimes be made. It is a requirement of the University that all exhibitors provide proof of their Public Liability Insurance. If you bring a vehicle onto the University grounds to utilise during the Fair, you must also provide proof of third party insurance. The University will also require proof of product liability insurance if you are selling any products on the day.
