Ithaca Downunder

La Trobe University is proud to be part of a unique Australian Studies Program designed for students from Ithaca College, New York, USA. The program gives students the opportunity to study at three universities in diverse regions of Australia. These universities include:

• La Trobe University (Melbourne, Victoria)
• Murdoch University (Perth, Western Australia)
• University of Tasmania (Hobart, Tasmania)

Ithaca Down Under is an interdisciplinary program with subjects taught in the areas of communication (media), archaeology, history, literature and environmental studies. The program combines academic study with field work. This appraoch provide an holistic approach to Australian Studies.
