Australian Studies
Honours Program
Students who have qualified for a degree by taking a major in Australian studies with at least a B average may be considered for a place in the honours year. They are normally required to have completed 130 credit points in Australian studies, including the core unit AUS 2/3 DAU. In fourth year students complete additional courses and a thesis of 12,000 to 15,000 words. Prospective students should contact the Australian studies coordinator to organise their study program for fourth year. This should be done in third year if possible. More information is provided in the University Handbook.
