Assignment Manual

Mastering the techniques for the presentation and referencing of assignments at a tertiary level is essential. The Assignment Manual assists students studying at La Trobe University to acquire and develop those skills. It also provides a practical approach to understand some of the various styles of referencing used within a host of subject disciplines.

It is suggested that, when using the guide, students refer to the appropriate section(s) to assist with assignment preparation, in-text referencing and preparation of reference lists and bibliographies. Each Chapter is listed below with a complete version of the Assignment Manual at the bottom of the table.
