My background is in disability studies. My study at ARCSHS will involve hearing stories from people with intellectual disability about sexuality. These might be memories, opinions, photos or other ways of ‘hearing stories’. My work will also involve and consult with people with intellectual disability (see Walmsley & Johnson, 2003) as a very important part of the process. |
| Thesis Title |
The area for my thesis is sexuality and people with intellectual disability. |
| Thesis description |
I am interested in how different groups of people think about sexuality and intellectual disability. Most important is what people with intellectual disability themselves think, as often their opinions aren’t heard very much. If you have an intellectual disability and you would like to contact me about this, my details are later on this page. |
