Registration
Please fill in the registration form (Word - 39 KB) and send to the conference convenor, Helen Lee, by Friday, September 1st. A registration desk will be set up at the conference venue each morning from 8.30am, where you can collect your name tag, program and other information.

Meals and Coffee/Tea
Morning and afternoon teas, and lunches, will be provided to conference participants who register in advance. Please indicate on your registration form if you have any special dietary needs so we can cater for these. A conference dinner will be held on November 21st; please indicate on your registration form whether you plan to attend. A payment of $40 for the dinner can be made at the registration desk.
If you do not wish to eat lunches at the conference there are a number of food outlets on the university campus; some remain open in the evening for those who wish to eat on campus. Alternatively, there are countless cafes and restaurants in Melbourne for you to try, and those of you staying at Rydges hotel have access to the restaurant and their 24-hour room service.

Conference Location
The Institute of Advanced Study is situated on the northern edge of the Bundoora campus of La Trobe University: http://www.latrobe.edu.au/ias/
Car parking is available in front of the Institute; if this is full it is recommended that you use Carpark 7 or 8, across the road from the Institute, which have paystations for daily parking. Beware of parking elsewhere in the university without a daily parking ticket which can be purchased at carparks 3, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

Accommodation
Conference participants will need to arrange their own accommodation. Preferred accommodation is at Rydges on Bell, a new hotel with a range of room options and all the facilities you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable. Rydges will provide a shuttle bus to take participants to and from the conference, or you can find your own way there on public transport. Please book direct with Rydges.
