George Briscoe Kerford Conference Centre
Main Reception building featuring Sambell’s Bar & Bistro, a gym, sauna & business centre, with an outdoor swimming pool. The Centre has 20 Hotel rooms all with Ensuite facilities, free AUSTAR, and wireless broadband. The following rates are per room, per night, based on 1 or 2 people and include a light continental breakfast:

Linaker Building
Linaker is a restored three storey art-deco building located 300m from the George Briscoe Kerferd Centre. The Building has 35 Hotel rooms all with Ensuite facilities, free AUSTAR, and internet facilities. McCarthy House
McCarthy House is a stylish, self contained cottage which features picturesque views, open plan living, a fully equipped kitchen area which opens up to an outdoor entertaining area, formal lounge with log fire, 2 king suite bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, one with a luxurious geisha spa bath. The cottage accommodates to all of your needs for a cosy night’s stay with your favourite person or a group of friends.
McCarthy house is available for $290 per night for 2, with additional people at $40 per person per night (2 night min).
The Cottages
Self-catering accommodation for between 7 and 8 persons. They feature lounge, kitchen and dining rooms, equipped with TV and cooking equipment. All linen & towels are provided.
The Cottage rates are $160.00 per night (2 night min).
The Gatehouse
A larger house on site, featuring all that the smaller cottages have to offer. The Gatehouse contains 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 17 people.
The rate for the Gatehouse is $300.00 per night (2 night min).
The Guest Lodges
Self catering with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge room with TV and DVD player, seminar room, shared bathrooms and guest laundry. The total capacity and nightly rates are:
