The Alumni and Advancement Office is involved in a number of student engagement programs, so you can continue to support La Trobe through mentoring and volunteering:
Student Career Mentoring Program
Linking final year students with employees in similar fields from our alumni community.
Infinity Leadership Program
Alumni can help students develop their skills by participating in the guest speaker program.
La Trobe Wildlife Sanctuary
The Sanctuary relies heavily on volunteers to maintain and develop the biodiversity of the 100 hectares of land it manages.
Career and Enrichment Graduate Panels
Alumni can participate in guest speaker panels to share their experiences and and give advice to current students.
Faculty Seminars and Information Sessions
Alumni can attend faculty events, seminars and information sessions to share their course and faculty-specific experiences.
Future Student Information Sessions
Alumni can visit local secondary schools to give guidance to students and share their experience of going from secondary school to university.
Alumni Ambassador Program
This is a new program for Student Ambassadors who have graduated from La Trobe, giving them the chance to maintain the relationships they have built during their time as a Student Ambassador.
