Established in 2003, the National Data Repository is responsible
for the collation and validation of the Aged Care Assessment Program
Minimum Data Set from Evaluation Units in all Australian states
and territories.
The data
are used to monitor trends in numbers and characteristics of ACAS
clients and to assist in program evaluation and planning of services
for older people.
