The Australian Institute for Primary Care & Ageing is a dedicated research and consultancy unit within the Health Research Division of the Faculty of Health Sciences. The goal of AIPCA is to make a significant, positive and enduring impact on the quality, efficiency and equity of health and community care services in Australia. Unique opportunities exist to work alongside skilled applied researchers, in consultation with policy-makers and service providers, with the shared goal of adding to the evidence base about and improving the design of health care systems in Victoria and across Australia. Part-time employment as a research assistant or junior project worker while undertaking study may be available in some areas.
