The Victorian Primary and Community
Health Network (P&CHN) aims to promote debate and influence policy
development about primary and community health issues in Victoria. Current
members of the Network are the Australian Institute for Primary Care & Ageing;
General Practice Victoria; Municipal Association of Victoria; Royal District
Nursing Service; Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association; Victorian Healthcare Association; Victorian Council of Social Service; Psychiatric Disability Services Victoria; and the Women's Health
Association of Victoria. The Primary Care Partnerships in Victoria are
represented at Network meetings and the Integrated Care Branch of the Department of Health, Victoria and the Health Strategies Branch, Victorian Office, Australian Department of Health and Ageing, have observer status. |
