ARC Linkages Grant: Expectations of Retirement in the Baby Boom Generation

Individuals, governments, and employers are becoming increasingly aware that the retirement of baby boomers from the workforce will have a major bearing on their own economic and social wellbeing and also the future of younger generations. The national Ageing Baby Boomers in Australia project focused on individuals born between 1946 and 1958 and generated an innovative and comprehensive body of knowledge that informs constructive action for better retirement.
