An Individualised Information Resource for People with Mild Cognitive Impairment and Early Dementia

The project has developed a new information resource that aims to (a) produce individualised information provision about cognitive, psychosocial and practial management strategies for clients and families and (b) facilitate early intervention and support when the client and their family remain capable of learning and benefiting from coping strategies, and, in the case of preclinical dementia, to maximise independence for as long as possible.
