If you think your organisation might be interested in joining QICSA, this is what you should do:

Step 1: Read our Fact Sheets (in particular Fact Sheet 4 — “Getting Started”) and discover the QICSA Events.

Step 2: Contact Pam Kennedy, QICSA Director, to discuss your organisation’s requirements and to clarify any issues about the services that QICSA provides (tel: 9479 3983, email: p.kennedy@latrobe.edu.au).

Step 3: Receive a formal quotation to proceed with QIC accreditation through QICSA.

Step 4: If the formal quotation is agreed to, receive and sign a formal contract, which outlines both QICSA’s and the participating organisation’s roles and responsibilities. At this point, the organisation assigns to a suitable member of staff the role of Internal Contact.

Step 5: Once the signed contract is returned to QICSA and the contact details for the organisation’s Internal Contact are received, a password is issued, giving your organisation access to QICSA’s online database.

Step 6: You will then receive a “getting started” support visit from an experienced Review Manager to assist your organisation in commencing its preparation for accreditation.
