QICSA operates out of La Trobe University's Australian Institute for Primary Care, Bundoora, Melbourne.

QICSA provides quality support and accreditation services in Victoria under licence from the QIC (Quality Improvement Council), which is the organisation that confers accreditation and issues certificates.

Members' Database for participating organisations only. It provides information to support accreditation and CQI activities.

Review Managers' Database for reviewers and trainees, to support them in their work with QICSA.

HASS Members Database

The CQI Network promotes the exchange of ideas around quality and networking opportunities.


QICSA Help Desk
QICSA operates a Help Desk service on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.30am to 4pm. The Help Desk is responsible for assisting with queries relating to the content of the quality journal, completion of site inspections and/or client record audits, quality journal critiques and general technical enquiries.
