QICSA operates out of La Trobe University's Australian Institute for Primary Care, Bundoora, Melbourne.

QICSA provides quality support and accreditation services in Victoria under licence from the QIC – (Quality Improvement Council), which is the organisation that confers accreditation and issues certificates.

QICSA Members' Database is only available to participating organisations. It provides information to support accreditation and CQI activities.

QICSA Review Managers' Database is only available to reviewers and trainees, to support them in their work with QICSA.

QICSA HASS Members

The CQI Network promotes the exchange of ideas around quality and networking opportunities.
