| |
The
LAMA Consortium has been engaged by the Australian Government Department
of Health and Ageing to undertake a National Evaluation of the Dementia
- A National Health Priority Initiative (Dementia Initiative) over
a three-year period, from March 2006 to May 2009. The overall objective
of the National Evaluation is to provide information to the Australian
Government Department of Health and Ageing and other stakeholders
that will enable them to assess: |
What
effect the Dementia Initiative has had on consumers; that is, people
with dementia and their carers |
What
added value has been given to current dementia care in Australia as
a result of the activities funded by the Dementia Initiative. |
