Joining AIPC in early 2006, Pam is responsible for the Quality Improvement and Community Services Accreditation (QICSA) program. QICSA delivers the Quality Improvement Council's Accreditation Program for a wide range of health and community service organisations across Victoria, and provides support for those organisations in their quality journey.

Pam has a strong background in community health services as a primary health care practitioner and manager in Victoria. This builds on her earlier experience as a physiotherapist and physiotherapy manager in a range of health settings including paediatrics, vocational rehabilitation, acute health, aged care and women's health.

She has a strong commitment to the provision of quality services and programs across the health and community service sector, with particular interest in consumer and community participation, program planning and evaluation, capacity building and lifelong learning
