Dr Taylor qualified as a pharmacist in 2001 and has worked in a variety
of capacities in retail, hospital and academic pharmacy settings and has
completed a Masters degree in biopharmaceutical technology. Dr Taylor
completed his PhD at the Monash University School of Philosophy and Bioethics
in the area of the philosophy and sociology of medicine, examining how
mid-1990s genetic science and promises of gene therapy 'cures' were communicated
to the public via the international print media.
Dr Taylor joined AIPC in 2005 and has worked on several projects in community
health and health systems development, including:
