Dr Bridget Ryburn joined the Australian Institute for Primary Care in 2006. Her interests include the development and evaluation of services for older adults with neuropsychological difficulties and their families. She currently holds research grants from Alzheimer’s Australia and the J.O. and J. R. Wicking Trust. She has also undertaken consultancies for government agencies; she recently developed a booklet for service providers which highlights methods to support care relationships and was the lead author of an international literature review of the existing evidence base for the ‘Active Service Model’ approach in HACC services.
Bridget brings her background of nine years' experience working with older adults as a clinical neuropsychologist. She practices part-time as a neuropsychologist in a Cognitive, Dementia and Memory Service.
