Viticultural Science and Soil Science
Canopy and soil management in vineyards affect vine balance, and hence the yield and quality of grapes. This group aims to understand the processes by which management improves yield and quality, while maintaining vine balance. The group also aims to understand the processes of aggregation of soil.
