La Trobe's Accommodation Services Office can assist with temporary accommodation advice if you need somewhere to stay whilst searching for permanent housing, or if you cannot move into your confirmed accommodation immediately on arrival. Every effort is made to ensure advice provided is current, however at high demand times, availability can change very quickly.

The Parkside Inn Motel
This motel is located opposite the University grounds in Bundoora and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of the campus.

Graduate House
Graduate House is a collegiate-style residence located on the northern section of the University grounds in Bundoora and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of campus. It comprises 128 single, large and shared rooms. Modern fully equipped kitchens and large sunny lounge areas with television and video facilities are located on each floor. The buildings have gazebo and BBQ areas in private yards.

Couples Room: A$68.30

The University Lodge
Housed in magnificent 1920’s style Edwardian buildings, the University Lodge is located at the eastern periphery of the campus. It is a self-catering residence with 53 bedrooms serviced by four fully equipped kitchens, three lounge areas, a self-service coin-operated laundry, a networked computer laboratory and a games room.

Sleep & Go
This newly developed accommodation section will cater for the short term visitor who may want only a one night stay. It is in the same building as Le Student 8.
Le Student 8
This accommodation facility is situated off-campus around 30 to 40 minutes by public transport. There is a shuttle bus service which offers door to door transfers to and from La Trobe, eight times a day. If the bus doesn't suit you, you can also catch the tram. Although the rooms are rather small, each fully-furnished room contains a private shower and toilet and provides the luxuries of air-conditioning and a DVD, MP3 and CD player. Facilities include swimming pool, sauna, in-house restaurant, business centre, high speed broadband internet, 24 hour onsite management and gymnasium.
Le Student 8 also offers permanent accommodation and special rates are available for La Trobe University students.
Residential Colleges
Occasionally it is possible to obtain a temporary room in one of the on-campus residential colleges, however this is usually only until 2 weeks before the commencement of each semester, unless we note otherwise and ask you to write to living@latrobe.edu.au.
