Graduate House
Graduate House is a friendly collegiate-style residence that is one of the most popular dwellings on the Melbourne campus. It is located in a quiet residential area on the Northern periphery of the campus. It specialises in accommodation for mature age and postgraduate students, whether single or couples. It is very popular with married couples (no children permitted).
Modern fully equipped kitchens and large sunny lounge areas with television and video facilities on each floor, service this residence. The Gazebo and BBQ in the private yard area is a favourite place to gather for informal social get- togethers.

- Up to 35 residents per floor, three kitchens and one lounge per floor
- Predominant age group between 22 to 30 years
- Serviced by the campus bus/ short walk to central campus
