Glenn College was established when La Trobe University opened its doors for the first time in 1967. Located on the northern side of the Melbourne campus, residents are housed in three wings, including a number of purpose built rooms.

Glenn College provides a home-away-from-home environment with residents coming from many diverse backgrounds. Glenn takes pride in its outstanding academic performance and sporting prowess. Glenn College student leaders have major input into decisions that affect student life, and the Residential Supervisor encourages governance by the residents. The college has five simple pillars that its community is built upon: safety, security, equity, community and mutual respect.
