Division of Residential Services
Waterdale Apartments consists of twenty four recently renovated three bedroom apartments specifically designed for later year students, or families who wish to share a flat whilst gaining the advantage of living on campus.
Residents will have the opportunity to experience the convenience and unique culture of on campus living existing at this site. It is an active, friendly community where residents, be they a group of students, or a family feel safe and supported as they pursue their university career.
Accommodation
Each unit in the Waterdale Apartments consists of:
- three single bedrooms
- a living area
- bathroom
- kitchen
Support
About 72 students, some with partners or family live in the complex, and form a friendly supportive group. In times of trouble, you will find there are always other students to turn to for support when needed.
We aim to provide our residents with a secure independent lifestyle, so that they can enjoy the social and cultural activities which are available through living on campus and join a vibrant living and learning community. Students will be able to enjoy an independent lifestyle, not available in the academic residential colleges.
Facilities

Note
As with private rentals, the residents at the Waterdale Apartments must organise to have the utilities (Gas, electricity and telephone) connected in their own names.
