Please note that Howqua Lodge and Manton at Tolmie must be rented as a whole unit on a daily basis. There is a two night minimum stay.
Other fees and charges
- Refundable bond - $100.00
Booking conditions
- The bond must be paid within two weeks of making a booking.
- The rental must be paid in full prior to the collection of keys.
- The bond will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled and the property is not relet for that period.
- Keys can be collected from the Accommodation Services office.
- Keys must be returned within five working days after the booking.
- Any damages caused during the booking shall be deducted from the bond.
- If Manton at Tolmie or Howqua Lodge is not left in a clean condition by your group, cleaning costs will also be incurred.
- The bond will be refunded by cheque or direct deposit approximately 1 month after the booking.
