Residential fees for 2009 are as set out below.

What is included
- Your room comes fully made up with all bed linen, pillows and pillow cases, a bath towel and complimentary soap.
- All utilities are included in the rental.
What is not included
Fees do not include the following additional costs:
- Refundable Bond of $500.00 - A deposit refundable on departure, subject to the conditions of tenancy and residency.
- Facilities and Services Fee of $125.00 - Payable by each resident.
- Activity Fee of $65.00 - Payable by each resident on departure.
- Internet connection fee of $110.00 - Includes first 10G/month download.
