
Student Records Office
The Bundoora Student Records Office is responsible for administering
enrolment, academic results and record keeping on behalf
of the University. The Bundoora Student Records Office is responsible for providing administrative support to five faculties and multiple
campuses both onshore and offshore.
Staff at all campuses can assist students with using StudentOnLine, the University’s
interactive website for students. StudentOnLine enables students to re-enrol,
change correspondence address details, pay fees, access results and print
an unofficial transcript. StudentOnLine username and password problems

Card Services
La Trobe Cards are issued to students at the time of their first enrolment and need to be updated each year on re-enrolment. The La Trobe Card is issued to students at Bundoora and Bendigo Campuses on the day of enrolment. Students from Albury Wodonga, Mildura and Shepparton will have their cards issued after their enrolment has been processed.
The La Trobe card is used for:
. identification
. library borrowing
. photocopying & network printing
. building access
StudentRecordsOnLine
StudentRecordsOnLine allows access to student records for approved staff of the University.
