All students due to commence classes in Semester 1, 2010 will currently have a course status of INACTIVE, this will change to ENROLLED on 1st March, 2010, please see below for further details on having an INACTIVE status.

Notice to all students who have not yet re-enrolled for 2010

The deadline for re-enrolment, without penalty, has been extended until 5pm 31 January 2010.  In order to secure your place for the upcoming academic year we are asking you to re-enrol without delay.

StudentOnLine has been re-opened to facilitate this process.

If you have made alternative arrangements for re-enrolment with your Faculty you will not need to re-enrol on StudenOnLine.

StudentOnLine is La Trobe University's interactive web site for students. It enables you to:

  • re-enrol
  • change your address
  • Join The Guild for 2010
  • pay your tuition related fees by credit card
  • get your results and check your enrolment by viewing an unofficial academic record
  • see and order your recommended text books

StudentOnLine is normally unavailable between 6 pm and 10 pm every Thursday in order for system maintenance to be carried out.

 

ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT AND COMPLETION LETTER

Academic Transcript and To Whom It May Concern letter requests can be made via the telephone, email or in person at your local Student Administration Office.

GRADUATIONS

Students who have completed their course and qualified for an award will have a Graduation Information pack and 'Conferring of an Award' application form forwarded by post. It is essential that students maintain a current address with the University in order to receive information promptly. Address and personal contact details can be maintained through student on-line or in person at your local student administration office. INACTIVE COURSE STATUS

An inactive course status attempt is likely to appear on StudentOnLine for all students who have either not re-enrolled for 2010 or if the teaching period for enrolled subjects has not commenced. For example, students who have re-enrolled for Semester 1, 2010 will have an inactive course status attempt until the commencement of this teaching period which is 1 March, 2010. Please ensure that your Semester 1, 2010 subjects have an enrolled status.
