StudentOnLine is La Trobe University's interactive web site for students. It enables you to:

  • re-enrol
  • change your address
  • Join The Guild for 2009
  • pay your tuition related fees by credit card
  • get your results and check your enrolment by viewing an unofficial academic record
  • see and order your recommended text books

StudentOnLine is normally unavailable between 6 pm and 10 pm every Thursday in order for system maintenance to be carried out.

RELEASE OF RESULTS

Listed below is the release of results date for Semester 1, 2009. You can view your results by logging onto StudentOnLine.

Note: Students will also receive results via email - please check your La Trobe University student email account progressively. To access your La Trobe student email account simply click on the link below.

COURSE COMPLETIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

Course Completions/Qualifications are normally available within 10 working days from the release of results. If you require an Academic Transcript or a "To Whom It May Concern" letter showing your course completion/qualification details, please ensure you request your Academic Transcript or "To Whom It May Concern" letter to be provided showing these details.

VARIATION OF ENROLMENT

Student please note: As of 16 March 2009 students can no longer add units (subjects) to their enrolment via StudentOnLine. You will be required to attend the Faculty Office on your campus and lodge a Variation of Enrolment form. Students may continue to withdraw units (subjects) from their enrolment. However penalties will apply if this is not actioned prior to census date (2 April 2009)

INACTIVE COURSE STATUS

An inactive course status attempt is likely to appear on StudentOnLine for all students who either have not re-enrolled for 2009 or if the teaching period for enrolled units/subjects has not commenced. For example, students who have re-enrolled for Semester 1, 2009 will have an inactive course status attempt until the commencement of this teaching period which is 2 March, 2009.
