StudentOnLine

StudentOnLine is La Trobe University's interactive web site for students. It enables you to:

• re-enrol
• change your address
• Join The Guild for 2008
• pay your tuition related fees by credit card
• get your results and check your enrolment by viewing an unofficial academic record
• see and order your recommended text books

StudentOnLine is normally unavailable between 6 pm and 10 pm every Thursday in order for system maintenance to be carried out.

Release of Results

Listed below are the release of results dates for Semester 2, 2008. You can view your results by logging onto StudentOnLine.

You may experience a delay when accessing StudentOnLine due to heavy student activity. Please try again later.

Course Progression

If you fail any units during the year, you should check your progression status to see if you are required to "Show Cause". You can view information regarding your enrolment and progression status via StudentOnLine under "COURSE", then "COURSE PROGRESSION".

If you are required to "Show Cause", you will receive notification via your La Trobe student email account explaining what action you need to take. If you do not receive notification from your Faculty by 5 January 2009 you should contact your Faculty Office immediately. "Show Cause" comments will be available on StudentOnLine prior to the University closedown on 23 December 2008.

Course Completions/Qualifications

Course Completions/Qualifications are normally available within 10 working days from the release of results. If you require an Academic Transcript or a "To Whom It May Concern" letter showing your course completion/qualification details, please ensure you request your Academic Transcript or "To Whom It May Concern" letter to be provided showing these details.
