Meals and Childcare

Meals

Registration entitles participating delegates to the following meals:

• BBQ dinner Thursday 7th December.
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea 8th, 9th and 10th December.

Additional meal options are available on-site from Sambell’s Bar and Bistro or in the nearby town of Beechworth.

The conference venue is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Beechworth town centre. This historic town is home to numerous pubs, restaurants and the famous Beechworth Pie Shop. Maps and additional town information will be supplied in your conference kit.

A continental breakfast is included with the room charge for on-site motel accommodation. Motel guests may choose to up-grade to a fully cooked breakfast for an additional $10.00 per person.

Breakfast is available for delegates residing off-site or in the self catering onsite accommodation. Prices are as follows: continental breakfast: $8.00; cooked breakfast $18.00. The venue requires additional breakfast numbers in advance so please inform the registration staff if you intend to utilise this option.
